HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!!

Today would have been the 76th birthday of my momma, Hattie Louise Mann, but instead of celebrating with us down here, she is celebrating in perpetuity with Jesus Christ. Wow, what an exchange!

This day has been an extremely difficult one for me. The people who really know me, know that my momma was my heart. But I will say that the years have begun to soften the sting of her not being here so I am not a mess like I used to be and I owe it all to the goodness of the Lord.

OH Lance! When you called and I spoke with you on the phone a couple of hours ago, I had no clue of your Mother's birthday anniversary. I feel honored to have been a surrogate Mother's human voice in your time of remembrance of your Mommy beloved. Reflect on the many cherished memories, and hold on to the acknowledged fact, that she truly is celebrating in perpetuity with Jesus, and one day you will be together again. Be blessed Son. I love you.

Hello Son,
Just want you to know that we, your Texas family, are lifting you up in prayer and I know that momma is smiling down from heaven and rejoicing over the work that her beloved son continues to do and how you are such a blessing to not only the people you pastor but to so many who are beyond the walls.
God bless you son and rest assured that we "feel you" and are in he yoke with you.

Hello My Brother, we pause in memorial and memory of your earthly nurturer. I can transparently say that I can only TRY to imagine the entire implication of what it means to gaze back in rhetrospect at such an intrical part of your life and personage. However, I can say that Sis. Mann did a stellah performance on rasing a man of true stature and worth in the kingdom. God be praised for her life and the sacrifice she must have had to continually make in order to see such wealth be made manifest in the man Mann became. We reflect and rejoice alongside with you and commit ourselves to be your sarogate family till the Lord calls us home.

Love Ya Bra... Kevin
