a. Each member must be responsible for bringing 2 people per month to church
b. Each member must be responsible for witnessing in our new community

1. Mission: Developing our spiritual gifts through discipleship
2. Method: Effectively train through biblical teaching and training
3. Goal: Every member must participate in a ministry
